Q: When will i receive my Dingo.go?

A: The latest prototypes of Dingo.Go are currently being tested.  We want to make sure the product and its design work perfectly before sending it out.  We hope to ship Dingo.Go in February 2018.  We will keep you updated about the progress. 

 

Q:What are the shipping costs? 

A: Don't worry, the shipping is on us!

 

Q: What it is your refund policy?

A: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel before your Dingo.Go is shipped. If you cancel after the product has been shipped, you are not eligible for a refund unless it's covered by the warranty.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged for the full amount due immediately after the order is placed.
